Last Friday was one of the 24 unique solar terms in China. But for us, the winter solstice is not only a solar term, but also a very important traditional festival. On this day, there is a custom of eating jiaozi in our northern regions because jiaozi have the meaning of dispelling cold.
On this day, our company organized employees to come to the factory together to make jiaozi, eat jiaozi, and celebrate the winter solstice together, which brought warmth to everyone.
